As New England Home Inspection expands to cover virtually all the New England States, it hopes to have a completely bilingual capability in place by mid 2007. David Bellmontez, New England Home Inspection's only Spanish-speaking inspector, is available to cover inspections in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Currently based at the Worcester office, his experience in home inspections stems back to 1999.

Originally a materials consultant for Cardi, corp., the construction giant, David returned to college to secure his Bachelor's degree in Architecture. In addition to his service as a home inspector, David is known for the collection of multi-family homes that owns and rents.
