Maintenance Inspection


This inspection is performed for past clients and any homeowner looking to preserve the value of their home. The purpose is to have the home inspected on a regular basis in order to keep the home in good condition, to be informed of any repairs needed, and to avoid future problems.

Let’s face it; your home is probably the single largest investment you will make in your lifetime. A maintenance inspection is designed to help you keep you investment in tip top shape and to address any minor concerns before they become major ones.

Just as you regularly see your primary health care provider for check-ups, you may be interested in having a home inspector periodically drop by to identify areas of concern before they escalate.

Maintenance Inspections will identify areas and problems that the homeowner can fix themselves, such as minor repairs, sealing, and replacements. However, under no circumstance will New England Home Inspection ever recommend replacing larger components, such as entire sections of roofing, by themselves.

New England Home Inspection will work towards our goal of educating the customer, so that funds and resources will be saved in the long run by correcting minor problems yourself.
