This type
of inspection is not the same as a general home inspection.
A review inspection is performed for the buyer in a transaction
after an initial home inspection has been done for the seller.
The same inspector returns to the property to review the initial
inspection with the buyer, using the seller's copy of the Property
Inspection Report.
*NOTE*- This type
of inspection requires the buyer's written approval- in most
cases, the buyer has hired the home inspector to provide the
inspection, and therefore he/she is the only authorized recipient
of our confidential findings. Should the buyer then have a problem
with the house, and the seller disagrees, the buyer must then
authorize New England Home Inspection to accompany the seller
in a walk through of the house, using the report created for
the seller, to point out the exact deficiencies noted.
Once again, New England Home Inspection's findings are confidential
unless the purchasing body(buyer, seller, real estate agent)
authorizes us to release the findings to any other individual.
We respect the privacy of the client to the utmost, and will
strive to make sure all parties comply with such a policy.
